I am hardworking, very enthusiastic and committed to providing an environment which is fun, stimulating and safe, I possess the skills to remain alert, observant and active in all areas of child development and possess the judgement and initiative to be an effective child carer. I believe in working in partnership with parents and carers and every child is unique. I have an inclusive setting and all children irrespective of age, ability, gender, culture will be included in all aspects of my setting and we all respect and value one another. My setting is home from home and we will all become a part of 1 big nurturing family.
